Refund policy

Return Period
Due to the unique nature of collectible blind boxes and secondary market price fluctuations, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Returns will only be considered under strict conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be in pristine, unused condition, with original tags intact and packaging unopened.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

Return Process

  1. Email superduperboxs@gmail.com to initiate a return request.

  2. Approved returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse in China at the customer’s expense (round-trip international shipping fees apply).

  3. Unsolicited returns (sent without prior approval) will be rejected.

  4. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Product Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect for resolution.

Refunds

  • Refund approval will be notified after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank processing times may cause additional delays.

  • If no refund is received after 15 business days, email superduperboxs@gmail.com.
