1: The ball’s outer skin may have minor factory defects, such as glue marks, surface imperfections, or blurring (flow marks inherent to soft rubber outer skins). These are normal phenomena that are unavoidable during the manufacturing process. Please consider this carefully before purchasing!!
2: After the soft rubber outer skin is soaked in the liquid inside the ball, it will develop a slightly milky white appearance and will not be as translucent as it appears in the photos and videos when it’s freshly made!
3: The base glue for the filling is hand-mixed, so it’s impossible for every batch to be exactly the same. Each batch will have slight variations in texture and color. Additionally, temperature changes can also affect the texture of the filling!
4: Products are photographed under bright lighting; the actual item may appear slightly darker than in the photos. Factors such as smartphone camera settings, differences in smartphone displays, and lighting conditions during photography may cause slight color discrepancies. The actual product color takes precedence!
5: Stress relief toys are consumables. To qualify for after-sales service, you must provide an unedited, complete unboxing video. Without a complete unboxing video, after-sales service will not be provided! If you receive a defective item, contact customer service on the day of delivery. Only returns and refunds are accepted!

10: The standard diameter of the large ball’s outer layer is 6 cm. Since they’re handmade, some may be slightly larger and others slightly smaller—not every one is exactly the same!
